Code of Conduct
The Python community is made up of members from around the globe with a diverse set of skills, personalities, and experiences. It is through these differences that our community experiences great successes and continued growth. When you're working with members of the community, we encourage you to follow these guidelines which help steer our interactions and strive to keep Python a positive, successful, and growing community.
A member of the Python community is:
Open : Members of the community are open to collaboration, whether it's on PEPs, patches, problems, or otherwise. We're receptive to constructive comments and criticism, as the experiences and skill sets of other members contribute to the whole of our efforts. We're accepting of all who wish to take part in our activities, fostering an environment where anyone can participate and can make a difference.
Considerate : Members of the community are considerate of their peers – other Python users. We're thoughtful when addressing the efforts of others, keeping in mind that often times the labor was completed simply for the good of the community. We're attentive in our communications, whether in person or online, and we're tactful when approaching differing views.
Respectful : Members of the community are respectful. We're respectful of others, their positions, their skills, their commitments, and their efforts. We're respectful of the volunteer efforts that permeate the Python community. We're respectful of the processes set forth in the community, and we work within them. When we disagree, we are courteous in raising our issues.
Overall, we're good to each other. We contribute to this community not because we have to, but because we want to. If we remember that, these guidelines will come naturally.
Slovak Python Community
PyCon SK and Python Meetup fully identify with the Code of Conduct of the Python community. We create an environment, which is open to everyone, independently of sex, sexual orientation, race, education or religion. All communication should be respectful and on professional level. We will be tolerant to each other.
We do not offend, vilify other members. We behave professionally. Harassment, sexist, racist or otherwise demeaning jokes are improper at our meetings. We will not tolerate any harassment of participants of meetups in any form.
Photography Policy
Although plenty of people love to take picture, share them or be in them. However, be aware that not everyone wants to be photographed.
If you see someone wearing a red sticker, this person does not wish to be photographed. Please do not ask or persuade them. If you find someone with such sticker in one of your photos, it would be nice if you do not share it and remove it from your collection.
We assume that a person not wearing a red sticker does not mind to be photographed.
Don't suppress your curiosity
Thanks to sli.do we all have a unique possibility to satisfy our curiosity. Anyone in the audience can ask questions via web application and vote for the best ones.

FIIT SUT covers the very area of informatics and information technologies (IIT) in both research and education. FIIT is the first faculty in the Slovak Republic with such mission. In spite of the fact, that FIIT is a new faculty, SUT has long-term experiences in the area of IIT and has achieved several substantial results in this area. Python clinic
Few words on clinic
A word about lightning talks
A lightning talk has only one rule: 5 minutes and stop.
Want to give a talk, but do not have enough material for a full talk? Have a shout-out for an open source project or tool? Want to share a community story (everyone loves stories!)? Preach the must-know fundamentals of virtualenv, PyPI, import this, etc? Then lightning talks are for you!
These talks are, at max, 5 minute talks done in quick succession in the main hall. No need to fill the whole slot, though!
Lightning talks are low stress, tons of fun, and are rumoured to have originated at one of the very first PyCons years ago.
Thank you
It is hard if not impossible to list all who have helped to make this exciting event happen. However, we would like to try.

* all who contribute to the programme - speakers, workshop tutors
* conference volunteers
In case you would like to send us suggestions to make the conference better, want to share experiences or you simply want to let us know what you liked or you didn't, please send as a feedback: [email protected].
