Not sure if this works if sqrt is not a module but is a package. See - http://stackoverflow.com/questions/4042905/what-is-main-py

 python -m sqrt --num-batches 1000 sqrt/saved_state

I was able to make it work with after adding blocks to PYTHONPATH

 python sqrt --num-batches 1000 sqrt/saved_state
