Super slow downloads. #41

I know the speed of the download link is something you can't change, but I seem to remember curl having the ability to download multiple streams at once. Any chance of integrating something like this?

Been thinking about about this or allowing the user to select the number of simultaneous downloads.

If both curl and wget support multiple threads this can be implemented.

Cool. I might fork and test it out if I get a chance. I'm sure I've seen
something about curl doing this, at least. That would be a start.
