[distro-update] Version supplied with ClearLinux is outdated (v3)

Please supply a newer version for ClearLinux - the bundled version is still V3

Note:

• V3 will no longer have any enhancements.

Manually installing with

wget https://github.com/mikefarah/yq/releases/latest/download/yq_linux_amd64 -O /usr/bin/yq &&\
    chmod +x /usr/bin/yq
