Remove Run Selection/Line in Terminal and Django from command palette

Remove two dropdown in the screenshot that pertains to Run Selection/Line in Terminal and Django.
These command palette option provides awkward workflow that we don't want to promote and does not respect the setting, dynamic change of the option We provide for editor right click => Python => Run selection REPL (or terminal) workflow.
