Logic App - VScode - Creating Workflow

Hi Team:

We have created Logic App through Azure Portal, but trying to access that using VS code and try to create workflow, but not able to create. Even through Visual Studio as well.

Do we really have that provision instead of Azure Portal using VScode or Visual Studio?

Please suggest ,
