Runtime Error: Matching node is missing when I invoke a native op from my custom op

I am trying to create a custom op which invokes the native DequantizeLinear from com.microsoft. I have setup the input/output tensors with appropriate type. The custom op gets built successfully but at runtime, I get below error.

2024-03-23 12:29:25.7596239 [E:onnxruntime:, sequential_executor.cc:514 onnxruntime::ExecuteKernel] Non-zero status code returned while running DQL node. Name:'output_DequantizeLinear' Status Message: matching node is missing

My model contains only one node which is the custom op I created, nothing else.
Can anyone pls help me understand why this error pops up? What am I missing?
