Ran it this same issue, #221 , when building on WSL Ubuntu 18.04. Adding this file allowed the build to complete successfully. |

This one is optional, up to maintainers. I was not able to see the similar problem as described in #221, while I'm sure augmenting the definition should solve the problem on setup used by OP.
