configuration applications from OMS Settings failed

Trying to configure Azure update management for a Linux (centos 7). The agent installation is fine, I can see the server onboarded however there is an error with the configuration and the agent is in unconfigured state.

I have the same issue for rhel8.2, I can't enable update management for this machine. I used OMS extension schema and dsc-1.2.0-ssl_110.x64.rpm. For dsc vm is compliant but for update management vm got not configured status.
