Add additional tags/types to export specific user/group settings

Hey,
thanks a lot for that module, It's really nice and works great.
But I would ask to implement a new "type" which exports only the user/group settings.

f.e. if you use the type "groups" then currently you get all groups and also the group settings, but in my case I only need the groupSettings - because the backup of the groups are done in a other way.

So I would suggest a tag/type called "settings" which exports only "groupSettings", "userSettings", "Sharepoint/Settings" and maybe other available settings what I don't have in mind now.
