Enable discussions tab on this repo

How about enabling the discussions tab on this repo, and move any "Stackoverflow" kind of issue there? That way it's easy to cleanup old issues by closing them, or moving them.

As an aside, I'd also go through and close most old issues. It's easy for issues to grow into an infinite backlog.
