Is there a way to create a closed loop map/circuit ?

I was wondering if there was a simple way to create a closed loop map/circuit. For example, I tried to create something like BaseMap.GENERATE_CONFIG:"SCSC". But instead I got this map:

In my case I was able to dynamically update the attributes of the BlockParameterSpace, but this applies to all blocks (in this case all curves are set to the same angle, radius etc). Is there a way to set a specific parameter value for each block?
