3.12.x documentation refers to 3.10.snapshot in po files

Just wondering about the po files which seem to contains messages similar to the following in the 3.12.x branch.

Lines 10 to 19 in b6dd41c

Are these messages needed? Can they be removed as they don't seem to contains much valuable information and seems to be incorrect?

I expect if I was using the tools right they would contain valuable information used to assert the contribution was provided clearly.
