Reorganized and enriched the project's library and module documentation. Removed redundant `.gitkeep` files following the introduction of content, aiming for a cleaner and more informative directory. Deletion of individual `README.md` in `mdsanima-shell` and `mdsanima-power` directories reflects consolidation into the new main READMEs within `lib` and `mod`. These main READMEs offer comprehensive usage details for their respective components, demonstrating a shift towards more user-friendly and accessible documentation.
