Desktop environment can't be detected under sudo/elevated access #6

Please see this code section. The command echo $XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP will show your typical Unity, X-Cinnamon, and so on. For some user, I can't get this environment variable, even using runuser, sudo -u, and other such commands. I've tried many different variations with other commands.

Does anyone have a solid solution?

Should be fixed with latest issues release from alexeevdv/dename#1 . Retesting soon with function. Works fine as script.
