mupen64 doesn't go 100% fullscreen, and has flickering background.

When launching mupen the the picture isn't centered, doesn't go 100% fullscreen, and is in the lower left part of the screen and whatever is on your desktop flickers constantly,

Will keep playing with settings to see what I can figure out.

Thank you for the report. There isn't much I can do about the upstream packages having issues. I typically source them from the PPA. What hardware are you using? CPU/GPU/etc. Log attached as Github Gist as well. I don't know what I can do, but it is worth noting.

Was an upstream issue, possibly with my hardware.

Fixed by updating to mupen64 2.5.

Ubuntu vivid and above has 2.5-1. I removed these from my PPA, since upstream is newer and maintained.
