Initial considerations when importing this project:
Place files in your JRE_HOME folder: javax.comm.properties --> $JRE_HOME\lib win32com.dll --> $JRE_HOME\bin
win32com.dll requires a 32-bit java version.
Running the server in eclipse: Run in server (make sure server runtime is 32bit)
