The library allows a lot of questionable stuff when building a PKG, which we could check for:

Duplicate filenames in a PKG
Incorrect formatting of a content ID
Mismatch between Content ID in SFO / PKG
Mismatch between Title ID and Content ID in SFO
Mismatch between SFO category and package type
Missing required SFO fields

We could trust the user to not do these things, but it would be nice to at least get a warning message so we know the PKG might not work.
