#3946 was an issue due to code that looked like this in the bootstrap read-message section: https://github.com/massalabs/massa/blob/main/massa-bootstrap/src/client_binder.rs#L83-L86 and fixed with #3984

Regression test the system, e.g. by mocking a client that refuses to provide sufficient bytes, and ensure that the server drops the client.
