OA data from the Grays Reef sensor (this is a NOAA PMEL station). There are two sets of data from this sensor and that is due to how PMEL handles the data
OA data that has been post-processed and QA/QC’d - [https://portal.secoora.org/#metadata/49365/station/data] - this data should be available as csv download and there is an ERDDAP link
OA data that has not been fully QA/QC’d - [https://portal.secoora.org/#metadata/49365/station/data] - PMEL only wants people to display the graphs of the data and not download it as it has not been fully QCd.
You can also talk a look at PMEL info for this station as there may be other ways to grab the data: [https://www.pmel.noaa.gov/co2/story/Grays+Reef]
Please incorporate meteorological, physical, and water quality data from the following three NERRs:
ACE Basin, SC
Sapelo Island, GA
Guana Tolomato Matanzas (GTM), FL
There are four main GA rivers that are of interest so if you can get gauge data or discharge data from the following, it would be useful:
Savannah River (done)
Ogeechee River (USGS - https://waterdata.usgs.gov/nwis/inventory?agency_code=USGS&site_no=02202500)
Altamaha River (done)
Sapelo Sound - some of the data is available through the NERR but there may be other data too. The NERR WQ stations do not cover Sapelo Sound. There is no USGS station in Sapello Sound.
