init.sh error on packages

noticed that the version installed for spark package is different and failed to copy the template file:
cp /opt/mapr/spark/spark-2.2.1/conf/slaves.template /opt/mapr/spark/spark-2.2.1/conf/slaves
had to replace for v 2.3.1

Other problem is missing couple of packages:
Failed to connect to bus: No such file or directory ls: cannot access '/opt/mapr/AWSMarketplace': No such file or directory

cat: /opt/mapr/hive/hiveversion: No such file or directory

at the end not sure what is the problem, but can not start Grafana at all.
