VisionReplayManager is not resume after calling VisionReplayManager.Start() from stop state #273

Could you please look into this issue.

Scenario:

VisionReplayManager is create and start - Working
Call VisionReplayManager.stop to pause the Replay - working
After calling VisionReplayManager.start() Replay is not resume and it continues pause state,
