[Feature] Page Bookmarking #7396
Comments
Pretty sure its planned in Haruneko, if not already done. |
Well Haruneko is pretty shit right now, so out of the two projects that currently don't have a page bookmarking feature I'll stick with this one. |
What's the issue with haru ? It got the same reader as haku |
Bookmarking is an impressive word but as i understand it, its "just" remembering last past viewed for a chapter. And when resuming reading, getting to that page. No need for a button, no user interaction, no fancy stuff. Since we remember some chapter status already, perhaps we should also remember last read page ? |
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Not really. Just an annoyance.
Describe the solution you'd like
Primarily all of the manga I read are in volumes, meaning the page count is pretty long. Instead of having to manually remember the page to return to, a bookmarking feature to pick up where you left off would be nice. Even when reading standard 20 page chapters, it's not uncommon to stop mid-way for later.
An automatic bookmarking specifically would be nice, but honestly it's not that big of a deal. At the very least, just not having to scroll through and try to remember where you left off/not needing to use external means to note the last page you read for each manga, ect. As that is the "problem" (annoyance) I'm constantly having.
This is a relatively simple feature that you'd think would be included (as it is a standard for reading applications,) so I wouldn't be surprised if this were actually already included and I just am unaware of it. And I didn't seem to find any other similar Feature requests regarding this.
