[Feature] default language for manga

Its more complicated than you may think. Some website doesnt have the information. Other make multiple manga entries for multiple language but the information is not "clear", sometimes missing. Other put the information at chapter level.

Then, when the information is available, its a mess as websites dont use the same codes to represent languages.
So it will have to be a per website setting, or at least we should review each website to map website langages codes to standardized codes (to make a global setting).

We have a lot of website, its would take a lot of time to review all of them.
Then it raises other questions : what to do when your chosen langage isnt available? default to another? then what about a priority order instead of just a default? etc.... etc...

just like subtitle/audio selection in smplayer, will fallback to another language on the list, eg. en|ja|jp|id prefix match

I suggested this back in 2023 (#6365 and #6366) and was told, basically, "It's in Haruneko which isn't out yet, and with no eta, so wait"

I think Its TO BE DONE in Haruneko. As its not simple and we have priorities.

Language selection tool "to be done" in haru, not a priority. Getting current features to be ISO with haku is the main priority for now.
