Draw from work in random sampling of constraint satisfaction solutions

I seem to remember hearing something (must have been a stackoverflow issue) about randomly sampling from constraint satisfaction solutions. Unbaised sampling of general constraint problem solutions sounds like an impossible goal in general, to me, I think it's silly, but anything those people have done here would end up being extremely applicable to this library, which is silly in exactly the same way.
