Domain Proxy will issue a deregistration request for a radio if it gets updated either by Enodebd or by a User
in the following cases:

  • Latitude and longitude of the radio change by 10m compared to its original location.
  • Any other required parameter gets changed

Part of this task is to implement an algorithm converting lat/lon coordinates to meters.
