[Request Feature] In webui add the option to set any temperature

In the webui you have several options for temperature, but there could be the option to just write the temp to set, for example you may want to sous vide a steak at 53 C or 55 or 57, but you just have the option for 50 and 60.
I tried to change the defaults, but couldnt find where.
