No way to edit or remove custom RPC nodes #575

Steps to reproduce:

Go to Settings
Tap "Default node (RPC)"
Tap "Add Custom RPC"
Fill in name and URL http://localhost:4444
Tap "Add"
Observe new entry is added to the list of nodes
Observe there is no way to edit or delete this new entry

Temple ver 1.0 build 277 on Android 12
