Do you know where i coule find the acces key ?

i search on all the app but no way to find

It’s printed on the back of the CT200.

Hey i come back

i found the access code and the serial number on the back of my ct200 (there's no dash)
and in the password field i have my bosch password account (10 carracter, 1 special caracter, figures, upercase and lowercase)

but i have an error

[24/01/2023 20:46:46] [CT200] Failed to connect client: XMPP authentication failure

do yo know what is it ?
