Back repository and dependency constructions with component-rule based setup

Work on crochet revealed a couple neat tricks here -- namely, special-pattern ivy repositories with artifact() selection and component rules can probably replace some of the stuff currently done here, and are more stable (and play nicer with dependency verification) than the current web server approach.
