Fix parameter names in non-neoform environments

Currently, though local variable names turn out fine, parameters end up as $$0 all over the place. Ideally, we'd want something different here. Going to call the current state of things fine for now, so long as parchment works -- but I may look at layering in intermediary mappings for a slightly less wacky out-of-the-box experience?
