At the end of a game a pop-up gives the result. If the result is a draw then why not tell the user in that pop-up the type of draw, e.g. that a draw is, say, by stalemate? True, a good chess player, at least if she is paying attention, will not need telling. It is true also that the PNG gives the type of draw. Are those things sufficient reason not to give the information in the pop-up?
The implementation could have this form: 'Draw (stalemate) against .'
