CVS row does not get imported when the last value of the row are null #56

When I try to import following csv file on macOS 10.13.6 only row one and two get imported. The last row won't be imported as it ends with null values.

"Column1","Column2","Column3","Column4"
"1/1","1/2","1/3","1/4"
"2/1","2/2"
"3/1","3/2",,
