Background:
When analyzing possible answers for each blank square, if there are 2+ possible answers for all remaining blanks, the program cannot choose which is correct.

Acceptance:
Possible solutions: tree graph to try out possible solutions.

Need to add logic to help eliminate possible solutions for a cell by looking at neighboring rows and columns.
