Fix: QoL Issues and Minor Bugs

This PR fixes various QoL issues and Minor Bugs.

QoL Fixes:

• The scale function build command will now properly output build progress to the terminal
• The scale function run command will now recognize stdin input and allow piping in json input instead of starting a webserver (Scale CLI run command does not allow JSON inputs from stdin #41)
• The scale function export command will now create the given output directory if it does not already exist (Scale CLI doesn't create preceeding paths for export commands #39)

Bug Fixes:

• The scale function build command will no longer return a panic when the signature in the scalefile cannot be found (Bug: Panic when building function with --storage-directory flag #44)
• The scale function run command will no longer return an error for valid input where the signature contains multiple embedded models
