non-flagged solution for fully-flagged antenna in diag+rot

I noticed non-flagged solutions in h5parm for antennas that are fully flagged when the diag+rot mode is used (diag seems to work correctly). The unflagged solutions are on the amp, phase and rot solTabs.

Unflagged solutions seems to be mixed with flagged ones (see image, ant 31,302,306 are fully flagged in the MS)

To reproduce the error:
lhd001:/data/scratch/fdg/forTJ
there's the MS, the DPPP config file, the losoto config file
and the commands to reproduce the problem
