Alternate title in form for included list of tagged pages

When you add a list of tagged pages to a page you are given the option to include the default title or no title. There should be a text field in that form that allows you to specify an alternate title.

Wouldn't it be easier to just say "no title" and include a heading above the area? This is what people have been doing so far

Manually adding a title puts it outside of the included_page_wrapper div, while using the default title is inside of the wrapper div. This can lead to inconsistent styling.
