Binder support

This project should work on binder.

After some work, the Docker image has been rebuilt and now works on the jupyterhub.ssl-hep.org binder. However it still doesn't work on the mybinder.org, which is puzzling since both should be building from the same Dockerfile and mybinder is reporting a build error.

I will close this issue when this works (or atleast builds) in mybinder.org
