[smio:afc_diag] get revision/username returns error

Problem: When issuing bpm_get_afc_diag_build_revision (), bpm_get_afc_diag_build_date () and similar functions, the server returns a "TRY again" error. Actually the server found an error parsing the incoming message and replied an error.

This is probably related to commit 49dd6b0, as we now encapsulate a different data size in the message, causing the confusion
