[Packaging] Build failing with reprotest #147

Build for Debian Unstable and possibly LM when they rebase off 22.04 of xapp is failing with reprotest.

While I'm not 100% sure what the real changes are, here is what the README says:

reprotest builds the same source code twice in different environments, and then
checks the binaries produced by each build for differences. If any are found,
then diffoscope(1) (or if unavailable then diff(1)) is used to display
them in detail for later analysis.

The recent builds of Debian for xapp with reprotest are failing and possibly they may be for LM (maybe in LMDE?)

It's not the highest of my concerns so I'm not going to stress about it, but I'm going to leave this here now since I'm not familiar with this tool.
