Linux Mint takes almost a minute to go from the login screen to the desktop. When my PC is up, through "htop" you can see that over 4GB of memory are used.
After about 5 minutes the process called "cinnamon --replace" goes from using more than 66% of the RAM memory to using less than 5%. At the same time, the screen seems to glitch for a moment and then everything goes back to normal. If I have full-screen windows during this event, they move up slightly.
Steps to reproduce
I don't know.
Expected behavior
When my PC is up, less RAM should be used and screen shouldn't glitch.
Additional information
I installed Linux Mint 22 on my PC in early August and the first month everything seemed to be going well. At first I thought that this bug was due to a problem with the applet "cinnamenu" but i was wrong.
If I need to provide any other information or files, please ask.
