Crashes after suspend resume with changed monitor configs #414

 * Cinnamon-Screensaver version (cinnamon-screensaver --version)
 `cinnamon-screensaver 5.2.1`
 * Distribution - (Mint 17.2, Arch, Fedora 25, etc...)
 `Arch`
 * Graphics hardware *and* driver used
 Intel UHD 620, i915
 * 32 or 64 bit
 64 bit

Issue
cinnamon-screensaver crashes after resume with the "log in to VTTY and run cinnamon-unlock-desktop" prompt.

Steps to reproduce

Have a T580 connected to thinkpad dock with 2 monitors connected through the dock + 1 on DP-over-USBC/TB
Suspend
Unplug from dock
Connect to a different dock with different monitors connected to it.
Resume using the power button on the dock

Expected behaviour
It shouldn't crash
