Qt 6 版本的构建前置依赖：linuxdeepin/dtkcore#386 此 PR 先进行合入，上列 PR 合入后另提一个 PR 切换 dde-launchpad 的构建到 Qt 6，改涉及到的 debian 目录下的文件。 |

调整 CMake 写法，试图使其支持 Qt6 与 Dtk6。
注：目前 Dtk6 存在一些问题，所以目前关闭
PREFER_QT_5也无法正常构建出 Qt 6 的 launchpad。
