Add Demo Ledger to Talib

Description: As part of the Gwen Demo we will want to show transactions completed in Talib. For this to happen we will need to add the Demo Ledger to the Neighborhoods drop-down https://talib.liftedinit.app/ .

• Should add Demo Ledger to the neighborhoods drop-down in Talib.
• Should function the same as the other neighborhoods when selected (Manifest & Alpha).
• Should be demoed.

Notes:

• Can be achieved be very quickly.
• Add a neighborhood could already be available.
