Highest rating lower than current rating since days?

Why is my higheest rating lower than my current? Is it a bug? I only play rated games and nearly always against opponents without "?" ...

it worked again for a few days, now no longer again
currently my Rating: 1867 and it was higher yesterday
but my Highest rating: 1857

hi, things seem broken in other ways too
usual problem: today my Rating is 1870 and my Highest rating: 1867 - not working over many days
also the "Progression over the last 12 games" seems wrong:
I won many games after each other gathering many points and after each game the "Progression over the last 12 games" remained a negative number and was not improving - it just did and does not make sense
would be fantastic if these numbers would be correct and trustworthy
many of the players here want to improve and also see that improvement in their numbers
if the system then shows you something else and something not logical, that is unfortunately not very motivating
