Following the OpenSC guide on how to simulate smart card applets here: https://github.com/OpenSC/OpenSC/wiki/Smart-Card-Simulation#simulation-on-linux, it's mentioned in that document that
jcardsimneeds to be compiled with support for vpcd on linux.A branch is available from @arekinath here that seems to have the necessary patches, but its now behind the current master. I've pulled them up to date here. Anything else needed on the PR?
