This should keep the same behavior of the current snake case conversion, however it now adds only one
_to a sequence of uppercase letters instead of one_per uppercase letter, e.g.,ASN.1 identifier:
messageID, frommessage_i_dtomessage_idASN.1 module:
ETSI-ITS-CDD, frome_t_s_i__i_t_s__c_d_dtoetsi__its__cdd
