Rename the 'Human Biology and Medicine' MSA to 'Medicine'

The MSA for 'Human Biology and Medicine' has been renamed 'Medicine' on the Journal. This change also needs to be made in Reviewer before it goes live.

It might be worth considering using 'https://api.elifesciences.org/subjects/?per-page=20' to get list of MSA's rather than the current method, as this will mean that if there are changes in the future no code changes should be needed.

Definition of Done:

• During submission, a user can select 'medicine' as a MSA.
• During submission, a user cannot select 'Human Biology and Medicine' as a MSA.
