目前是通过移动地图停止回调触发请求，不是通过搜索框持续搜索数据节流，
需求要求是移动地图停止后无操作1.5秒再触发请求，持续滑动间隔不足1.5秒不触发请求，请问这个如何做防抖？
由于对kotin 不是特别了解，希望东哥解答下，谢谢！
