<p>
Michael is a 20-year veteran of fire and EMS. He was most recently a firefighter/paramedic and an acting lieutenant with Leland Fire/Rescue in Southeastern North Carolina,
where he co-created the "Firefighter Down: CPR" initiative with Christopher Watford. His passion is in education and helping others to improve their performance.
Michael focuses on the complexities that hinder how we prepare, equip, and support individuals to successfully adopt change and improve performance. Currently, as the
Prehospital Alliance Manager for RQI Partners, Michael is accountable for the conceptualization, development, execution, and life-cycle management of the American Heart
Association's RQI courses, and the Resuscitation Academy's HPCPR program.

Christopher is the Chief Technology Officer of Essential Personnel, Director of Software Architecture for Suzy, and a part time paramedic with Novant New Hanover Regional EMS.
When he worked for the former Leland Volunteer Fire/Rescue Department he co-created the "Firefighter Down: CPR" initiative with Michael, and was a
two-time State of North Carolina champion paramedic with Michael. Christopher is an ECG fanatic, a devourer of research, and enjoys mixing software with medicine.
